2:232 وَإِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَبَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعْضُلُوهُنَّ أَنْ يَنْكِحْنَ أَزْوَاجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَاضَوْا بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۗ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَزْكَىٰ لَكُمْ وَأَطْهَرُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ And after you divorce Girls and they may have fulfilled their phrase, tend not to protect against them from remarrying their [previous] husbands should they concur amid by themselves on an appropriate foundation.

O you who believe that (are âMalesû)! After you handle one another in contracting a financial debt for a fixed time, then compose it down. Let a scribe produce it down between you with fairness; plus the scribe must not flinch to write as Allah has taught him, so he must produce exactly the way it truly is; and Enable him who owes the personal debt dictate. And Enable him have piety (takwâ) to Allah, his Lord, (and let him guard himself versus His Orders) and Permit him not diminish something from it; but when he who owes the financial debt is unsound in comprehension, or weak or (if) he is not able to dictate himself, Enable his guardian dictate in justice (with fairness); and connect with in to witness from amongst your men two witnesses; however, if you can find not two Guys, then one person and two Females of like you approve as witnesses, in order that if one of the two (Girls) forgets, the other (lady) may remind her; and also the witnesses mustn't refuse when they are summoned; will not develop into weary to write it (your contract) (whether it is) compact or substantial, together with the day of payment. This is more equitable while in the Sight of Allah and assures larger accuracy in testimony and the closest (way) to stop doubts among the yourselves, other than when it is ready items which you give and consider (profit-cash out) among yourselves from hand at hand, then there's no sin on you if you do not write it down. But choose witnesses whenever you purchase-promote with one another, and Permit no harm be done on the scribe or into the witness; and when you are doing (it), then surely Will probably be wickedness (Fisq=going away from how of Allah or falling outside of the path of Allah) in your case. Have piety (takwâ) towards Allah and Allah teaches you, and Allah is definitely the All-Knowing of all items. (282)

two:240 وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا وَصِيَّةً لِأَزْوَاجِهِمْ مَتَاعًا إِلَى الْحَوْلِ غَيْرَ إِخْرَاجٍ ۚ فَإِنْ خَرَجْنَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي مَا فَعَلْنَ فِي أَنْفُسِهِنَّ مِنْ مَعْرُوفٍ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ And people who are taken in Dying among you and leave wives powering - for their wives is actually a bequest: upkeep for a single 12 months devoid of turning [them] out.
